Automatic Cooling

In conjunction with the magnetic valve and a hose connection to a water tap, the new Braumeister is able to automatically cool the brew down to the desired temperature after the hops have been boiled.
The control system takes over temperature control and closes the magnetic valve when the temperature is reached.

Fermentation in the Braumeister

With the help of the cooling unit, a magnetic valve and the fermentation lid, including fermentation bung, you can ferment your beer directly in the Braumeister.
The control panel of the Braumeister takes over the fermentation control and maintains the temperature.
The control panel never switches on the heating elements during this phase, but only controls the magnetic valve and thus the cooling water supply.
