The aim of this brewing process is to minimise contact with oxygen during the brewing process in the areas of mashing, cooling and transferring to the fermentation tank. The dissolved oxygen in the water, wort or beer is an indicator of how well this has been achieved. By minimising the exposure to oxygen, existing flavours in the beer are better preserved and the beer acquires a longer lasting flavour retention and shelf life.
- Allows mashing, and cooling with the Braumeister Plus, with minimum air and oxygen content as a result
- With the much higher fixed filter plate, it is possible to fill in more malt up to about 7kg
